Farrell's Denver is a 10-week group fitness program for anyone wanting to revamp their current lifestyle. Classes are 45 minutes long, six days per week, taking turns between cardio kickboxing and strength training. All members receive our 10-Week Challenge, nutrition coaching, meal plans, personal coaches, and a supportive and inspiring environment to achieve their goals.

That depends on the individual. While your weight is an important component of your health, focusing solely on weight loss will only produce short-term success. We target body fat loss, not just weight loss, to ensure your journey to a healthier way of living is well-rounded!
We have three flexible enrollment options and work with you to choose the one that meets your needs. We suggest contacting your preferred location for more specifics. We offer a free week of classes to try the Farrell's program!

All Farrell's locations offer the industry-leading, heart-rate tracking, wearable Myzone. Members may buy a Myzone belt to wear in and outside of the gym. Myzone is a crucial part of the Farrell's program and is used to watch heart rate during both our HIIT-style cardio kickboxing workouts and strength training classes. Instructors and coaches use Myzone to set the speed of the class and ensure members are achieving their Level 10!
Want to know what you’re really made of? Understanding your body composition is the first process toward keeping track of your results. At Farrell's, we utilize InBody, an award-winning body composition analysis scale, which examines fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. InBody validates the results you’re acquiring on the mats onto paper, so you can see how much body fat you’re getting rid of and how much lean muscle you’re building!
Our workouts aren’t over-the-top, but the results you’ll achieve if you commit to our program are. You’ll be able to modify your workouts to your preferred level of intensity, while heading toward your own goals. We also offer adjustments for all of our exercises to ensure a great workout.

Of course not! When we begin our 10-Week Challenge, everyone starts together. We have members of all ages and fitness levels, each with their own goals. And remember, all of our coaches and instructors were formerly students too.

We start each 10-Week Challenge by showing you how to do the most essential fitness kickboxing and strength training exercises, building on those foundational moves during your 10 weeks. It won’t be too long before throwing combinations at the heavy bag will feel like second nature.
Eating the right foods is a key part of your transformation at Farrell's. That’s why we made our nutrition program uncomplicated! We’ll customize and educate you on simple routines that will keep you energized and on track. From basic meal planning to thorough nutrition coaching, we will be there to offer you the support you need to succeed.

*Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping guarantees that you will experience progress in your physical fitness. If you stick to our 10-Week program as defined and do not have improvement in at least 70 percent of your fitness testing, we will give you all your money back. Since we cannot be with you outside of class and can only teach and encourage healthy eating habits, members must provide their food logs weekly during the challenge to aid us in better coaching you to achieve great results.
