We make eating the right foods straightforward. With our tested nutrition plans, you won’t feel hungry because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we plan everything for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We explain to you what your body needs for you to achieve your goals. Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll explain good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at each meal. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to assist you, especially your coach. You’ll pick up on how to plan your meals and record them for success.

Don’t sweat it if thinking ahead isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include clear instructions and advice on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be complete without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are flexible. Follow them as written or mix it up to meet your tastes. Some members like to eat identical meals every day for a full week, while others like to make substitutions. Your coach, or everybody in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not positive which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling full after a meal?
